The space

This upscale vacation home is located within the orange Tree subdivision; only 25 minutes
away from Walt Disney World, this is the perfect location for your visit to Orlando.

This home has been tastefully renovated which has enhanced the open plan living and
dining area and eat-in breakfast area.

This home features two master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms located to the rear
of the home, and two themed twin bedrooms, Minnie Mouse and The Avengers, both have
been decorated and the finer touches have been added to make the children have fun. Both
these rooms share a house bathroom to the right of the home and a queen bedroom to the
front of the home with a separate house bathroom.

For extra hours of fun for guests of all ages, this home also boasts Wi-Fi and a full games
room complete with a pool table. The owners have also provided Netflix access.

They have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. To the rear of the
home is a private glistening pool with a bubbling spa and a lanai to escape from the hot
Floridian sun, making this the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the local
attractions.

Being in what is called the Four Corners area allows you to enjoy so much that Florida has
to offer. Centrally located in the state we are able to boast both the attractions of city life and
the quiet comfort of nature with Lake Louisa State Park just a 5 mile drive from the property.

Theme parks are not all Florida is known for. Most of the year Florida boasts warm weather
to help you enjoy your time outdoors. Though our sunny weather does cool down during the
winter we are generally still able to enjoy outdoor activities. Most of the year the sun
continues to shine and even though we will get a chill here and there it rarely interferes with
our fun.

Theme Parks are just one of the many reasons to come to Florida. Central Florida boasts
four major theme parks that can provide many days of enjoyment. There are also many
smaller theme parks to fill half and full days of entertainment. All of these exciting parks
surround the Four Corners area and make staying in central Florida a logical choice.

Beaches are just a short drive away. Whether you enjoy the cooler water and active waves
of the Atlantic or the warmer calmer waters of the Gulf Central Florida allows you to go to
both. Once there you can enjoy walks on the piers, amazing seafood, and exciting clubs. If
fishing is of interest not only, can you fish off the piers and beaches, but you can also enjoy
a fishing trip on one of the many deep-sea fishing vessels that are available.

Golf courses are yet another one of the many activities you can enjoy in the Sunshine State.
There are many public courses mixed in with private courses within some communities. If
golfing is not for you then you can enjoy our amazing State Parks for day hiking and bike
trails. Florida boasts wildlife that is easy to forget about until you are here. If wildlife is of
interest, you can also try one of the several nature tours offered in the area. This includes
parks devoted to enjoying Florida's amazing natural beauty.

In the end, you will find that Florida is more than just Theme Parks. We offer many possible
adventures and entertainment options to fill up the days of any long stay. Whether here for
only a few days or many staying in this area will provide you with a ton of wonderful memories.

No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is
a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate if
you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house
smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.

Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio,
or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict 'NO PET POLICY' to maintain
the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
