sunset after a long day at the nearby Disney Parks or other major attractions.
The villa is light and decorated to a very high standard. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining
area deliver a feeling of space and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). The
master bedroom opens directly onto the pool area. For your enjoyment there are smart TVs in the
lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. The villa has high speed internet access and wifi connectivity. The
garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis and table football. There is a fully
equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Guests have full access to the community clubhouse, gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. The
villa is only a couple of minutes’ drive from the Champions Gate golf complex, supermarkets and
restaurants. Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car. The Disney
parks are approximately 7 miles away. Other attractions within easy reach include premium retail
outlet parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive. If you like the arts then

One hours drive east will take you to the fabulous beaches and nature reserves of the Atlantic
