Welcome Packs

We offer three types of welcome pack:

• Starter ($50): 6 trash bags, 4 toilet rolls, 1 kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish sponge, laundry detergent and softener.

• Standard ($50): Orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam, cereal and sugar.

• Deluxe ($80): Everything in the Standard pack, plus wine and flowers.

Let us know if you would like something for a special occasion, we will be happy to accommodate and give you a price.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is charged at a daily rate starting at $30. We recommend pool heat between November and April, as outside temperatures can drop, especially in the evenings.

BBQ Grill Hire

If you are interested in hiring a BBQ, just call during our office hours to arrange your BBQ hire at $85 a week (7-day minimum). A gas BBQ and canister will be delivered to you. Please be aware that Florida State law does not permit cooking within the confines of the pool deck, so any cooking will have to take place outside the screened area.

Cleaning

As you are staying in self-catering accommodation, you may wish to arrange a mid-week clean by our professional cleaning company. A mid-week clean includes a full house clean and change of laundry. For details on fees, please call our team and they will be happy to help.

Cot Hire

Most homes provide a cot free of charge, but should you need to hire one, we can provide one for $25 per week.
